Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and customer experience optimization? We're looking for a dynamic professional Business Intelligence to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing the customer journey. Your insights and recommendations will drive ROI across all stages of the customer lifecycle, supporting both acquisition and retention strategies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Analysing and optimizing the customer journey and making data-driven recommendations which help to enhance customer experiences that drive ROI at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
Presenting analysis and valuable insights in a clear format to support acquisition as well as retention strategies to influence change.
Efficiently manage, suggest and implement improvements, and deliver on the reporting needs of various stakeholders to support their initiatives and efforts, focusing on their underlying goals and again ROI of those.
Support and increase the operational efficiency of the BI team through continuous improvements in internal processes and data management which spans from data infrastructure, data sourcing, data modelling, data visualisation and application, inclusive of administrative tasks related to it.
Promoting a data-driven culture within the business and setting the standard to ensure the teams adopt a robust test-and-learn approach.
Job requirements
Must have requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar analytical role within iGaming (senior position is offered to a right candidate)
Advanced user of SQL for data querying and analysis
Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
