Senior Affiliate Manager (Streamers & Influencers)

We are seeking a highly experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in building and managing partnerships with streamers and influencers. You will be responsible for developing a new affiliate team from the ground up, leveraging your network and expertise to onboard high-performing affiliates, drive growth, and achieve strategic objectives. While your primary focus will be on streamers and influencers, you should also have the skillset to support SEO affiliates and networks when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard streamers and influencers capable of driving significant FTDs (First-Time Depositors).

• Campaign Management: Collaborate with affiliates to design and execute engaging campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Tracking and Analytics: Set up tracking pixels, postback integrations, and other tools to monitor affiliate performance and ensure accurate reporting.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, increase traffic quality, and improve conversion rates.

• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing exceptional support and fostering loyalty.

• Cross-Functional Support: Assist in managing SEO affiliates and networks as needed, ensuring seamless team collaboration and coverage.

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager with a strong track record of success in streamer and influencer partnerships.

• Hands-on expertise in setting up affiliate accounts, tracking pixels, and postback integrations.

• Established network of streamers, influencers, and commercial contacts that can be activated immediately.
