We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior CRM Manager to lead our Sportsbook CRM strategy and operations. This role is perfect for a sports enthusiast with a deep understanding of the sports betting industry and a proven track record in CRM management. You will play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new sports betting brand, navigating the unique challenges and opportunities that come with being first through the door. This includes both high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure our promotions and campaigns resonate with our audience and drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement both high-level and detailed CRM campaign strategies tailored to Sportsbook audiences via multiple channels and by utilizing a mix of automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
Campaign Execution: Handle the end-to-end creation of campaigns, including writing engaging copy, setting up bonuses, conducting AB tests, and analyzing results.
Project Management: Act as the requester and project manager for our production team of designers and CRM executives.
Customer Insights: Leverage data to understand customer behavior, optimize segmentation, and improve the effectiveness of promotions.
Creative Contributions: Perform light design work to support campaigns and promotions.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results, conduct investigations, and apply insights to improve future performance.
Innovation and Testing: Stay ahead of industry trends, revisiting established promotion strategies and testing new ideas to discover what works best.
Brand Launch Leadership: Drive the CRM strategy for launching a new sports betting brand, ensuring a strong market entry and establishing a competitive edge.
Bonus Cost Leadership: Optimize the costs of bonuses and rewards to increase ROI.
Job requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Sportsbook CRM experience.
Located in or willing to relocate to Malta.
Proven experience in creating both strategic and tactical CRM plans.
Hands-on experience in executing campaigns, including:
Writing copy.
Setting up bonuses.
Handling investigations.
Analyzing results and running AB tests.
A passionate sports fan and sports bettor.
Deep understanding of promotions that resonate with sportsbook audiences, coupled with a willingness to test and challenge assumptions.
A startup hustle-mentality, comfortable getting your hands dirty and jumping in to help wherever and whenever needed.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with Fast Track CRM.
Deep knowledge of and interest in the Australian sports scene and local leagues.
A background as a sports trader.
A tech enthusiast who enjoys exploring new tools and systems.
