    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to enhance our online casino platform's user interface and experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior in online gaming, strong creative skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. User Research and Analysis

      • Conduct user research to understand player behavior and preferences.

      • Analyze competitor platforms and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

    2. Design Development

      • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.

      • Design visually appealing, responsive interfaces that enhance player engagement.

      • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

    3. Collaboration and Communication

      • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.

      • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project objectives.

    4. Usability Testing and Optimization

      • Conduct usability testing to identify and address pain points in the user journey.

      • Continuously improve designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

    5. Accessibility and Compliance

      • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and accessibility requirements.

      • Maintain a user-first approach, prioritizing inclusivity and intuitive navigation.

    Job requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the online gaming or e-commerce industry.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.

    • UX Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

    • UI Mastery: Expertise in designing for responsive web and mobile applications with a keen eye for detail.

    • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to evaluate user behavior.

    • Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in designing for gamified experiences or online casino platforms.

    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (not mandatory).
